They work to a 4-point minimum, meaning bonuses are paid even below a 5-point avg providing solid and achievable OTE even if the market is quiet.
They have a valuation focused workload which includes specialist work (HMO/BTL etc) – however this is rewarded well with high fees and additional points allocated for high value or complex work.
Salaries can exceed £70k depending on location and experience. In addition, they offer a generous bonus scheme (based on fees/productivity), a £5.4k car allowance and generous benefits such as life and health insurances, above average pension and up to 6 weeks paid leave per year.
