They have already brought on board one surveyor in the past year and are seeking another to cover their growing workload.
They are willing to consider anyone due to finish their SAVA diploma within a month or two or a full qualified surveyor keen to undertake a full diary of work.
In either case further training on party wall, dilapidations, rent reviews or commercial work can be provided going forward.
