My client is a thriving private practice that covers the wider Nottingham, Derby & Leicestershire area.
They are now seeking an additional residential surveyor to join their team, undertaking a range of surveys and valuation.
The ideal surveyor will be based in the DE / NG postcode area, have at least 2 years experience and be keen to work for a small firm where there is the potential for diversifying their skill set (especially into specialist valuation or similar), growing the business and being part of a close-knit team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a surveyor keen to leave corporate employment (and associated volumes), a surveyor who graduated from SAVA and is looking to build their range of experience, or any surveyor looking to go part-time for a better work-life balance.
Salary and benefits will be negotiable but should be c£50k, plus benefits and bonuses.
