This is an ideal opportunity for a recent (or very soon to be) SAVA graduate, a Building Surveyor seeking to gain RICS accreditation or an experienced home surveyor looking for a new, stable role.
Salary will be up to £45k to start – the workload is low volume, high quality pre-purchase reports. Maximum of 5 jobs per week. Home based (with some travel to the office as needed).
You must be a suitable distance to Bath / Bristol (up to 1 hour travel is no issue).
You will receive full assistance is getting accredited by the RICS or RPSA (or both). Existing AssocRICS surveyors are welcome to apply – the company already has a number of accredited surveyors working for them.
