Their workload comprises privately instructed reports comprising L2 and L3 surveys across an allocated patch of local postcodes.
They are seeking an AssocRICS / MRICS surveyor to take on a manageable workload covering Bath or Bristol postcodes. They have the flexibility to craft a patch to suit your home location.
On offer is a package comprising a salary c£55k + car allowance & bonuses.
