Maternity Cover – Property Manager – SW London (Hybrid) – up to £45k
We’re working with a long established Property Management group based in SW London.
Focused on the Prime & Central London Market, their portfolio comprises an impressive and well run mix of RTM/RMC, Freehold and Boutique Developer blocks.
As a result of parental leave, they now seek 2 x additional Property Managers as follows
- Maternity cover contract to start – circa 9 months with the potential for permanent employment thereafter
- Hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days home/site)
- Working as part of a long established, vibrant, inclusive and friendly team
- Undertaking the full range of duties from budget so major works, insurance provision and site inspections
- Portfolio is ENTIRELY London based, long held with minimal arrears/issues
- ATPI preferred but not essential (can be supported for those who fulfil the maternity cover and remain in-post on a permanent basis thereafter)
- Salary up to £45k depending on experience
- IMMEDIATE START POSSIBLE for those available/suitable
