Working with developers, private landlords and RMC’s they provide the full range of leasehold block management services throughout South West England generally and Cornwall specifically, tailoring the range and level of their block management offering to individual clients needs and budget.
With an impressive pipeline of new block instructions for management, they now seek an additional Property Manager / Block Manager (or assistant property manager looking to take the next step) as follows:
- 2 years + block management experience with the ability to set budgets, deal with buildings insurance, major works, contractor management and daily resident correspondence
- Residing in or close to Truro with knowledge of the local area and ability to travel to office and site as required
- Excellent customer focus with the ability to respond to residents and directors promptly regarding all block matters
- Position offers Hybrid working
