Commercial Valuation Surveyor – Directorship Appointment
A rare opportunity to join an established, profitable firm with a full shareholding.
Our client is a well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors. Specializing in Commercial Valuation, they are now seeking to appoint a Senior Commercial Valuer into a joint directorship role as follows:
- A shareholding in the business.
- Tax efficient earnings in excess of £100k p/a made up of salary, dividends, allowances and bonuses.
- Active fee earning coupled with management and administration (approx. 70/30 split)
- Oversight of reports alongside other senior partners.
- No requirement to manage or oversea trainee staff or graduates, all employees are experienced and autonomous.
- Flexible working with an office or home base as required.
- Full, scheduled handover period to ensure solid bedding in period.
Due to the senior nature of the role, we are seeking a Chartered Commercial Valuation Surveyor with extensive industry experience, a clear claims history, MRICS or FRICS designation (with VRS) and living local to SE London or Kent.
