Building Manager / Development Manager – SW London – c£55k
We’re working with one of the larger Managing Agents who have an immediate, urgent need an experienced Building Manager as follows:
- Working full time from site, Mon-Fri (either 7am–4pm PR 10am–7pm)
- Development comprises 6 residential blocks and 5 commercial/retail units
- Site contains high tech facilities and services so the suitable Building Manager MUST have experience of modern Building Management Systems, FM exposure, ideally experience with heat networks and excellent H&S / Fire Risk knowledge
- The Building Manager will be have responsibility for the supervision of all on-site staff (caretakers, concierge etc.)
- The Building Manager will report back to the Property Manager, providing reports and insights that will help shape budgets, inspections and maintenance items
- The Building Manager will have previous experience of dealing with demanding clientele, both in terms of residents and developer/freeholder
- The suitable Building Manager will have Impeccable presentation essential, likewise outstanding written and spoken English
The successful Building Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £55k alongside a benefits package and pension.
