Property Manager – W. Yorkshire Portfolio – Home based – c£40k
We’ve just been instructed by one of our long standing Surveying & Property Management clients who are looking to hire additional an additional Property Manager as follows:
- Based within West Yorkshire, able to travel across the region as required (Bradford etc.)
- Working fully home based, with excellent Head Office Support (accounts, administration etc.)
- Managing 8 x larger buildings totalling 1000 units
- Undertaking the full range of leasehold management duties, from budget setting to insurance claims and major works
- Buildings within the portfolio are freeholder / developer, all settled and in good order
Our client is head quartered in London, but has a national presence and coverage having been established and well regarded for many years.
The successful Property Manager can expect a starting salary around £40k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
