My client is one of the largest asset managers in the UK. As part of a multimillion pound, pan-European group, they have substantial backing. As a result of recent and ongoing acquisitions, they now seek a full-time, hands-on Chartered Surveyor to manage a small team undertaking RCAs across the Midlands.
Main Responsibilities
To undertake a range of surveying and insurance activities, manage a regional team doing the same, and acting as a critical support to the Director of Surveying for highly technical or intensive projects.
Experience
MRICS / FRICS with a demonstrable background in Residential Property. Substantial technical building surveying experience in the Insurance and Property Management environment with a wide range of building types.
Sound commercial understanding alongside experience managing a small team. Along with an in depth understanding of relevant H&S and regulations.
Solid understanding of the RCA process and procedure as well as Residential Property Sector and Regulatory knowledge including Section 20 process, CDM, etc.
