My client is an established financial services group, with an equally long-established surveying arm. They are now seeking an additional Area Surveyor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be:
- You will need to be an Assoc/MRICS/FRICS Residential Surveyor (with VRS)
- Excellent valuation and survey experience
- Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures
- Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation
The workload includes:
- Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients
- Completing 5 points per day
