We’re working exclusively with a relatively new but well established and highly rated independent, national Surveying firm who provide the full range of Valuation and Survey services to an almost exclusively private client base across the UK.
With particularly strong volumes in London and the Home Counties, they now seek additional full-time employed Residential Surveyors as follows:
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified with VRS (minimum 2 years PQE with a stable career history)
- Opportunities available across London and the South East – name your patch/postcode preferences and our client will build a high yielding territory around you.
- Low volume, high quality focus undertaking Valuations, Homebuyers Reports and Building Surveys for private clients across a close-knit patch (defined by you – work the postcodes you enjoy most)
- Utilising in-house built & developed tablet software enabling streamlined working practices and unique “surveyor feedback” to enhance usability in real time (updates to tablet features are carried out in-house based on Surveyor experiences on the ground)

Remuneration will include a basic around £60k, high yielding, transparent (and achievable) bonus scheme, car allowance, healthcare allowance, pension and other benefits.
